Bring AI into the company.
Policies, manuals, and product information are scattered, and finding anything is slow. An AI agent answers questions about them in chat, citing the document. Companies on Microsoft 365 get it there; others get a dedicated platform.

A question for company knowledge, answered with a source.
Policies and manuals sit in SharePoint, and searching for answers has taken a long time. Now someone asks in a Teams chat: “How do I request time off?” The Copilot agent answers from the documents.

Copilot or an agent
Microsoft 365 Copilot for a pilot group, a Copilot agent, or the dedicated platform, set up for one clearly defined use case.
Sources and permissions
Sets which libraries the agent searches and who it is for.
Rules and training materials
Rules for working with AI are put in writing, and the team gets materials to learn from.
Working together
From intro call to agent in use.
Intro call
Clarify goals, existing licenses, and the state of the data, and pick a first use case with its sources.
Pilot
An agent for that use case, tested by a small group in their daily work.
Rollout
Rolled out to the team, incorporating the feedback from the pilot.

Questions
Quick answers.
Microsoft 365 or a dedicated platform?
A Copilot agent is built in Copilot Studio, runs in the company’s own Microsoft 365, and answers questions from SharePoint and Teams with sources. The dedicated platform is a company chat built on LibreChat, with models provided through Langdock. The company chat usually runs on its own server with a hosting provider in Germany. Langdock runs its platform on Microsoft Azure in the EU, where most of the models run as well; which models the team may use is defined during setup (according to Langdock, as of October 2026).
If the company uses Microsoft 365 and answers should come from its own documents, a Copilot agent is the obvious choice. If the team should have its own AI chat outside Microsoft 365, the dedicated platform fits. The decision is made in the intro call.
What data can the agent see?
Only the sources approved for it, such as specific SharePoint sites. With SharePoint, it shows each person only content they are already allowed to read there (according to Microsoft Learn, as of October 2026).
How is an agent different from Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Microsoft 365 Copilot is the general assistant in Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel. An agent from Copilot Studio is built for one task: it follows fixed instructions, uses the connected knowledge sources, and can reach systems outside Microsoft 365 through tools. It can be used in Teams, in Microsoft 365 Copilot, or on a website, for example (according to Microsoft Learn, as of October 2026). Since October 2026, Microsoft 365 Copilot itself can also look things up in connected software through an MCP server, with a Copilot license for each person.
How is Copilot Studio licensed?
That depends on how it is used. If employees with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license use an internal agent in Microsoft 365 and it works with their sign-in, usage is included. Without that license, outside Microsoft 365, or for processes that start without a signed-in user, usage is billed in Copilot Credits (according to Microsoft Learn, as of October 2026). Which licenses an agent needs is worked out for the specific case.
Is it GDPR compliant?
It depends on which data the agent uses and how it is set up. For that reason, the company’s data protection officer reviews the specific case before launch. For context: Copilot agents run in the company’s own Microsoft 365. Langdock is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type II audited, provides a data processing agreement, and does not use customer data to train models (according to Langdock, as of October 2026).
What does an agent cost, and how long does a pilot take?
Each agent is priced individually, based on the number and condition of the sources and the use cases it covers. Price and schedule are part of the quote after the intro call. Ongoing costs include licenses for Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio, or model usage on the dedicated platform. A pilot with a few well-maintained sources is often running within a few weeks.
